What's Cookin' - Mar. 17 - 24

We had a lot of leftovers this week, which is always great - it let's me defer some planned meals out for a later date, stretching our food supply out.

Here's what we ate this past week:

(added bacon pieces and avocado garnish)
PLANNED to also add mushrooms and totally forgot.
