What's Cooking, Apr 1 - 7

Our Easter was very lowkey - without children around, I was inclined to forgo my past customs (egg hunts, etc) - Michael and I decided instead to spend it in quiet pursuits and - of course - a nice big meal.  We'd plannd to light up the fire pit in the backyard in the evening, but it was a little too cold and damp to make that a pleasant idea, so we'll do it some evening this week when it's drier, if not warmer.

Here's what we ate last week:

Monday, Mar 25
Leftover Reuben Cabbage Rolls
Baked Potatoes

Tuesday, Mar 26
Ground Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff
Spaghetti Squash "Noodles"

Wednesday, Mar 27
Ate Out - Greek restaurant

Thursday, Mar 28
Simmered Chicken
Butternut Squash

Friday, Mar 29
Leftover Chicken
Steamed Cabbage

Cinnamon-Chai Donuts

 Saturday, Mar 30
Fend for Selves

Sunday, Mar 31 (Easter)
Maple Spiced Smoked Uncured Ham
Cole Slaw
Deviled Eggs
Roast Asparagus
Coconut Flour Biscuits

And our intentions for this week:
