I've been through a wheat, yeast, sugar, and dairy free diet (all at the same time) before and I tell you what, it's a challenge to begin with to find replacements for things, but you get used to it and I noticed a heap of benefits I wasn't expecting... and the tiredness improved so so much. So stick with it! Here in the UK we can get Rye bread which has no added wheat or yeast and that was really a saver for me. One other thing I noticed was that I was hungry ALL the time, so it's good to have snacky supplies in.
